3 out of 4 doctors getting out due to Obamacare

Just about every conservative who has posted on this forum pointed out the many problems of Obamacare. Including the required cuts in physicians pay to make the half trillion dollar cut to Medicare. Also the electronic requirements, various mandates on providers, and limitations that doctors would have to put up with.

VERY WISE choice to stay out of medicine (human) in today's hostile environment.
Your DD could always go into Plastic Surgery or Psychiatry.
Plastic surgeons have taken a HUGE hit in this economy. With impending medicare/medicaid cuts (25% cuts), all other insurance companies follow suit. They base their reimbursements based on medicare/medicade reimbursements. All physicians in all fields are going to take big cuts in reimbursements in the very near future. It's just not worth it any longer.
It is better if she just stay ouf of medicine all together.
So then Doctors don't go into medicine to help their fellow mankind?
They aren't going into medicine anymore because they cannot keep their practice open. Somebody has to pay your staff, your health insurance for your staff, your rent for your office, your equipment, and let's not forget....your malpractice premiums....anything left....you get to keep. Oh...I forgot you have to have another staff to get your reimbursements from the insurance companies. The first claim ALWAYS comes back rejected...you need to send it 3 or 4 more times and in about 6-9 months...you MIGHT get a fraction of what you billed. Of course, there are 25% cuts looming next month.....and 43% cuts by 2014. They get up in the morning at 5am....round on all their patients in the hospital, write in the charts, then dictate, then head over to the office by 8am....see patients all day....write in their charts and dictate office appointments....then head back to the hospital to do evening rounds on their patients....write in the charts....and dictate. If there are no emergencies....they usually get to head home around 8pm. Just to do it all over again the next day.
Yeah....they just do it for the money (eye roll).
To me this is just a scare tactic from the right.
LOL! Okay. You keep believing that. I'm sure your Polish doctor will be there to take care of you when all the other doctors retire.
There will always be someone around to replace those who retire, quit or whatever.
