Australia Floods

Have you heard about the floods in Australia? I read this really sad story today about a little boy who drowned.

I just wanted to pass this on to spread the word of a tragic young life lost today. He's a hero in everyones eyes in Australia.
This news tore at my heart strings along with the tragic loss of a 4 year old boy who fell overboard off a rescue boat. I'm sure over the next couple of days there will be many more tragic stories and lives lost. The devastation Australia is facing is catastrophic, I don't live in Brisbane but I feel for everything they have lost :(

In memory of a young hero. Jordan Rice aged 13, swept away in flash flood in Toowoomba. Jordan told the rescuers to save his younger brother Blake (10) 1st before losing his own life... Jordan you are an angel in disguise. May you get your wings now in heaven R.I.P.

My thoughts are with everyone in QLD, in the next week 5 of the 7 states here are suppose to flood fingers crossed the damage won't be nearly as close to that in Queensland.

:( R.I.P to all those who have passed and my thoughts are with those and the families who are missing

The death toll from heavy rains this week is at least 160.

Officials say at least 120 people have been killed in Teresopolis, about 100km north of Rio, after the equivalent of a month's rainfall in 24 hours.

Rain in southeastern Brazil also killed 13 people in Sao Paulo state and caused traffic congestion in the country's financial capital.
