I like it, although I'm wondering how good the organs would be from someone who died of cardiac arrest, unless they are calling deaths from accidents cardiac arrest since the heart stopped beating.

I've known a couple of people who died very suddenly, at home. One a woman in hers 40's, who died of an anuerysm, right in front of her husband. "Help" was there almost immediately, but nothing could be done to save her. One of the hardest things for him, is that they couldn't even donate her organs, because she died at home. He had kept chest compressions going, and paramedics took over, almost immediately. He would talk about how it seemed like they should have been able to use her corneas, or bone, or something.......

What would you care? You'd be dead.

So, just tell them that you aren't going to donate anything. Problem solved.

Maybe you could get one of those magnet signs and put it on your front door.

"Maybe you could get one of those magnet signs and put it on your front door."
