Last time I recall Al Gore doing a lecture about global warming the event was snowed out due to blizzard conditions in the non-blizzard season. It looks like Cancun Mexico isn't far enough south to stay warm in early winter anymore.

I haven't followed too closely to this thread but it seems extremely coincidental to me that Al Gore sounds the alarm of Global Warming and urges the U.S. Congress to take drastic action by passing the cap and trade bill.....and low and behold....who stands to rake in millions and/or billions from this???? Why none other than Al Gore....who just so happens to own the company that will trade the carbon credits for companies....all for a commission that goes into Al's pockets. Hmmmm.....

Then there was the ignored data email scandel.

I totally agree that we need to study this issue but there are so many factors that contribute to greenhouse gases.....livestock, algae, etc. It's hard to say what is cyclic and what is human caused. The earth has been warming and cooling for millions and millions of years, way before humans were around. We need honest scientists that produce honest results where there is no financial incentive to get the "correct" result.
