NASHVILLE, Tenn (Reuters) - A Tennessee couple who "defriended" a woman on Facebook were murdered in their home by the jilted woman's father and another man, police said on Thursday.

I mostly use it for keeping up with friends & relatives who live out-of-state or up in Canada.

What I don't understand is how some people have so many friends...between friends & family I don't even have 30!

I tend to agree with the above statement.

Personally I cancelled my FB membership several months ago it's too commercial, IMO, plus if I want to communicate I prefer to email or pick-up the phone. If our government were tracking us to extent FB does we'd all be up in arms.

I'd noticed that some of my "friends" must have spent hours on the site posting every thought that entered their head.
