Fox News Gets Taken In Again; Refuses To Acknowledge

Only a few weeks ago Fox "News" thought they were making the liberal city of L.A. look stupid by reporting that the LAPD and fire departments were buying billions of dollars worth of jet backpacks.

WOOPS! Someone must be living in a bubble if they don't know The Onion is satire. Fox is so anxious to spout negativity about our President they'll stoop to anything. Shame on them.

I looked at the article, and didn't see any mention of jetpacks for LA. I did see a link to a the onion satire piece in the culture section. This wasn't at Fox News, but at Fox Nation. Which is a community more like ivillage than a news site. If someone links a story to the onion here, does that invalidate ivillage?
Fox Nation is part of Fox News.
Apparently you didn't hear about the Fox reporting the crazy jetpack story a few weeks ago or see this thread:
Fox and Friends is sort of like the Today show or Good Morning America. They are a soft news program, mostly discussion.
I can certainly understand why some would wish to think that, particularly if one had looked at the comments of the some of the followers of Fox who couldn't tell the difference between satire and real news.
