http://www.cnn.com/2014/07/10/politics/republicans-obamacare-sue/index.html?hpt=hp_inthenews I don't really think they have a case. Do you? I don't like Obamacare but I still don't think they have a valid case against the President.

Honestly this is part of the problem. Everyone in this country is sue happy, pitted against each other, throwing the blame card, and so on. It would be great if we could all stop and work together to fix things because at this rate it will never happen.

Brenda, I am glad that the House is suing the President.  It appears to me that Speaker Boehner does not feel that all Executive Actions are unconstitutional.  I feel it is important to get an objective determination as to when an Executive Action is unconstitutional and when it is not are not.  I do not know if President Obama has used Executive Actions in an unconstitutional manner or that other presidents before him have used Executive Actions in unconstitutional ways.  Personally I do not like the idea of Executive Actions, but I do not know if President Obama has abused this anymore than other presidents.  My hope is that this suit will limit the ability of Presidents, not just the current President, to use Executive Actions, but my fear is that the courts will deal with this in a very limited way and in that way not really answer the question as to when Executive Actions are unconstitutional.  I am not clear that the actions the President has taken in regard to the Affordable Care Act were not allowed by the wording of the act.

      Tom,
