Gun Control, Again

I will concede something on gun control, and that would be no internet sales.

Someone I don't trust (at all) is looking online to buy a handgun he can't buy legally in Texas.  And heck, if you can't buy a gun in Texas, you sure don't deserve one, right?  Haha.

I remember several years ago wanting to mail something for my DH, either gun parts or ammo to his brother, I don't remember which.  But was told it was illegal.

So how are these guns being able to be bought online and shipped?  How does the Brady law figure into this?

Wouldn't you think it easier to falsify your info online than standing in front of the guy at the pawn shop, documents in hand?

Until the recent theater shooting, I didn't realize how easy people could get guns online.

Thoughts?

I myself am not for gun control.  Never have been.  But I had gun training as a child and knew exactly what it can do and not do.  Yes many can be shipped.  We in the US used to train people on handling of firearms.  Now we do not.
