We were all pretty sure this scumbag was guilty...but there wasn't any proof.

Give it to Susan Powell's family - they can either decide what charities they want to donate to or they can set up a fun in the boy's name to invest & make donations. NONE of Josh's family should get a penny.

That explains his unappealing sister's defense of Powell's actions. According to her, Powell was being persecuted by the media and Susan's family and that's why he became a monster.

I would give all the money to a child advocacy charity.

Y'all are going to flip over the latest development in this mess. Today it was announced on our local radio/tv stations that Josh had life insurance that it's been reported 1.5 to 3.5 million. He had taken Susan & the boys name off the policy & left it to his siblings & father. Now New York Life has asked a judge in Tacoma to decide if they should pay out. His sister & bil are the ones trying to claim the insurance. If I were the judge, I would be giving 1/3 of it to the following, 1/3 to siblings/father, 1/3 to the owner of the house he burnt down & 1/3 of it to Susan's family. What do you think?

He was a perv just like his dad is. And he was teaching his warped way of life to his little boys. One of his had supposedly threatened to kill a classmate that he didn't want to have sitting by him. He also described how to kill a bear: dig a hole, push the bear in the hole, throw rocks on the bear, bury the bear, and then plant a tree there so no one will know. I can only guess who taught him that (heavy sarcasm !).

I can't believe for even one second that the Powell family thought that it would be a good idea to bury Josh Powell next to the sons that he murdered!

Josh Powell papers found at Wash. recycling site

A search at a recycling center recovered some papers, books and a map of Utah that Josh Powell dropped off the day before he killed his two young sons and himself in an explosive fire, the Pierce County sheriff's office said.

We really don't believe that they have cancelled. My family will be still going just in case they try to pull a fast 1.

Westboro has canceled. They got the attention they were after. Good for the people who were determined to protect the family from those awful hate-filled people!
