Well, while the recognition is realistic, that we are becoming a nation of haves and have nots, with very little middle class left, and continuing to be butchered by politicians in the gov't, it is still very disturbing to me. This reads as less quality control for the lower income of our society vs. higher quality products aimed toward the rich. I don't like it one bit. But marketing and advertising is always insulting on some level to everyone, so what's the difference, I guess? :O A lot of ads I see are out of my price range, already. I just shrug and move on with my life. I buy products I trust as much as I can, but you know what? Most of the major recognized brands also make the "store brand" or "discount" products as well. So, who's fooling who into spending more $$$? :P
