5 Reasons I Want the New iPhone 5

Thinner, faster, better call quality, longer battery life, better camera.

What about cheaper? I can get all of the above and cheaper on any other phone. I don't understand why people are so willing, even eager, to pay twice as much for Apple products when they're not that much better.

And yet, they sold 2 million of them in the first 24 hours!

All I know is that I'm perfectly happy with my Motorola Android phone! I wouldn't waste the money on an iPhone. My DD & DH both have 'droids as well.

That's hilarious! I guess I wouldn't be laughing so hard if I had an iPhone, but I don't, so I'm ROTL!

Also, all of those iPhones inundating the system are causing slowdowns for the rest of us! Irks me!

That's hilarious! I love it!

Apparently, Apple users are loyal to a fault:

http://allthingsd.com/20121001/apples-map-mess-wont-slow-iphone-sales/?mod=googlenews

"It’s great that Apple apologized for releasing a new Maps app that disappointed its customers. But it didn’t have to. Demand for the iPhone 5 continues to surge, and according to a number of observers, Apple’s Maps app debacle hasn’t slowed it at all."
