Millions have now seen Prince Harry's nude pics online. I think the Queen is not amused.
"[Harry] is in big trouble," one royal insider told the Huffington Post on Wednesday. "After the royal wedding and the Olympics, Britain was riding high. An enormous amount of attention paid to both events portrayed the U.K. with class, dignity and respect. Now this fool has shown a side of England that is a total embarrassment."

It is the fact that other nations have much stronger privacy laws than the US. He is a "public Figure" there fore is fair game to any paparazzi. In most of Europe they have much stricter protections.
It is the public that makes the scandal,pop life,a bankable entity. The public can't get enough of the stars lives.
