Your article cites the actual "problem"...if there is one.
A group of self-described “patriotic millionaires” traveled to Washington, DC yesterday to call for higher taxes for all millionaires. Daily Caller reporter Michelle Fields was there with her iPad and a microphone. She made it easy for them to help out by pulling the Treasury’s donation page on her iPad. For some reason, these patriotic millionaires were all unwilling to make a voluntary donation. One millionaire said that taxes are “not voluntary” and something “we commit to do together,” yet refused to commit until everyone is forced to do so. How very unpatriotic!

I saw the video clip of that incident.
That's just a classic. Liberal millionaires that want higher taxes... for others, since they won't pay a penny when asked.
I suspect that they get the bulk of their income from capital gains, ala Warren Buffet and John F. Kerry (who served in Vietnam), so they would be unaffected by an income tax hike.
