Infant mortality by race in parts of the US is still appalling. An enormous gap most probably economic.

In my experience, here in the US, it's taken me close to three months to see a specialist. (BTW I have "Cadillac" type of insurance if that makes a difference.)

It takes six months or more to see an endocrinologist in my city.

I've heard similar experiences, of long waits for appointments, from friends.
Some would rather criticize others than look in their own backyard.

no rationing raise taxes. restructure the laws that allowed this to occur in the first place.
