I did not check, but frankly I would be surprised if any of recommended authors were NOT Heritage Foundation staff/writers.

Yes, I think she meant "a blogger" "from the Heritage Foundation",

In particular the blogger is the one who "oversees the content of Heritage’s First Principles educational programming", according to the Heritage Foundation website.

The Heritage Foundation saw fit to post it on their site. Again, since it is coming from the Heritage Foundation, I don't see how that would be considered "conservative bashing."

The Heritage Foundation is frequently used by conservatives to back up their arguments. It is funny that when confronted with actual conservative stances on the issues, many conservatives try to disown them...I wonder if it's because they know deep down that those ideas are not good for this country.
