Apparently, if you are not outraged, you simply don't get it. Get it? ;-)

(What's so outrageous about something that has been going on for a couple of hundred of years? )

Really? For a couple of hundred years now children have been forbidden to call a Christmas tree a Christmas tree and must call it a "Holiday tree"? However, a menorah can still be called a menorah without fear of drastically offending anyone? Children are forbidden to sing any Christmas songs in chorus that have anything to do with Jesus however they can sing all the Hanukkah songs they want?

Who knew this was going on for hundreds of years????

To be clear, there were NO Christmas songs.

I know you feel "Jingle Bells" is a Christmas song. Can you please quote any line of the lyrics that have anything to do with Christmas, Jesus, or celebrating any holiday whatsoever?

TIA.

It's a winter song. No different than "Winter Wonderland".

That is the fact.
