Actually the US is one of the highest funders of education in the world, I believe it comes in second or third. It is not a lack of funding that's producing poor graduates.

Those same illegals are esitmated to drain our social programs in excess of $400 Bill a year. Deporting them is a bargain. As an offset, the assets of illegals should be confiscated and liquidated to help pay for their deportation.

Nah, the transporter is physically impossible...don't ask me why, but I saw a program where physicists explained why.

While it is true SOME are better off having low wage jobs, than they were before, some are not. When working conditions ruin ones health (long hrs, backbreaking work, toxic/polluted working environment) they are NOT better off. Perhaps they are in the short run, but not in the long run.
