Hi sweettartnacho,

I'm not sure what you mean - where are you trying to send the photo and how are you doing it? I don't understand what you mean by not being able to see it on your iPad when that's what you're sending it from.

Can you ask whoever sent the photos to resend them?

I tried to find out something from the Apple blog but not sure if it will help you or not.

One suggested to see if you could drag it to your desktop and try and open it in your photo program.

One said to make sure that the file associations didn't get changed. With my programs I check all the associations in case...

Someone said to see if you could see the preview, now I don't know about mac mail or anything but that if you can see the preview see if you can maybe drag it to your photo program....

In windows we can right click and check an "open with" list. I know you can't right click but does mac have a way to look for a program that you can open things with?

Sorry I can't be of more help....

Maybe the problem is with the photos they're sending. Are you able to see photos you receive from anyone else, or other photos sent from them?

Can see photos from others.
Have IN THE PAST been able to click & see photos ... from iPad, same person.
Don't understand the difference.
