Do you like to make them or not?  Have you ever been successful in keeping them?

I do think about how I'd like to do things differently, but that's not just at the start of a new year. I would say I'm not super successful in keeping New Year's resolutions, but I can tell myself to restart throughout the year and try again.

That's a great attitude to have, and one that allows you to accomplish more.

Geez, some weeks are harder than others. I will say my motivation is at a waning point lately. I did catch up on some expense reports today, and I got myself to go to another running team tonight; however, I am still behind in paperwork, and I only did about 2 miles of a jog before I literally thought I might pass out. I think I was wearing too many layers during the workout and didn't eat so well last week, but I just haven't been feeling so gung ho about stuff lately. If anyone has any tips on how to get the drive back on track, please share!
