Glad that you did your research first! That is very important. Even though there was not much on the internet about them see if you can research some strengths about the company and weaknesses if you can find any that would allow you to bring them up as strengths you could add to the company. Basically your are selling yourself to help the prospective employer and showing them "why" you would be great for this position. Definately do not play with your phone while on the interview. Although I am not sure why you would even get your phone out during an interview...

Just be yourself and if it is the right place everything else will go into place. You could always go into business for yourself... Smile

Learn what you can about the company. Visit their website, drive by and observe, etc. Make sure you arrive for the interview on time very professionally groomed. There are many websites that have lists of dos and don'ts for appropriate dress for a job interview. Do not slather yourself with perfume and do not chew gum. Answer all questions truthfully. Make sure you have answers prepared in advance for questions such as Why do you want to work here, What are your strengths and weaknesses, and Why do you feel you are the best candidate for this position. Be as confident in yourself as you can be. If you are confident in yourself, they are most likely to be confident in you too. Use good manners, good posture, and proper speech. Do NOT be late. Turn your cell phone off or leave it in the car. Do NOT text or look at your phone at all while you are in the interview.

Good luck!!
