What are you handing out for trick or treat? Are you including anything that will help promote your business?

My experience has been that parents get upset when you use their children to market your business. What is much more successful is to have a yard sign or window vinyl that has your business name on it.

Good thinking Audrey :) I don't include anything with my business either but have known others who have. I think maybe it depends on what your business is maybe? I have health and safety classes so I don't think it ties in well with candy, lol. That or the long term care assessments I do...lol.

I am handing out Twizzlers, Pay Days, Reece Cups, and Snickers....that is if I don't eat everything first, lol!

I thought about doing something to hand directly to the parents, but a lot of the parents in my neighborhood stand on the street while the kids come to the door since we are a small neighborhood and know each other. I like the idea of the window decal or magnet. Maybe I will see if one of mine will stay on the screen door.

We ended up with very few kids here :( What about the rest of you?

We don't usually have many either but I like it that way because I can chat with the kids and comment on their costumes. I also like taking the kids out in our neighborhood because we all know each other.
