This is largely going to depend on what state you're in, what your profits are, etc. If there is a small business administration (I think an internet search should lead you to their website) near you they can direct you to local resources that can help you answer these questions with accurate information that is specific to your needs. Usually the information is free which is even better since you're just starting out.
