PLEASE HELP ME work from home

Hello All,
I really want to be able to add some income by working from home.
Here's a little about myself. I am in my 20's. I am married and my husband recently lost his job and unemployment is running out. (and we live in Michigan) We have two children, a 2 1/2 and a 1 year old. I currently work for a hospital as a secretary part time (and I HATE my job). And I am attending school part time in a nursing program.
I would really like something to supplement my current income. I am only working two days a week and really do not want to leave my children more than I have to. That was the whole point of working part time.
I would rather not try to be a salesperson. I am really not a people-person due to the stress of my current job.

My name is Melissa and I am an RN. I teach/tutor online and offer classes in person such as CPR, first aid, asthma/allergies with certification. I also work part time for a health web site as well.
I agree with Audrey that for my teaching/tutoring and classes I am always selling. I hand out business cards, send out flyers, and I share what I do with others through phone calls, in person, and emails.
And Audrey is correct--there are companies that hire to work from home but they do not allow any background noise.
So what is it about sales that you think you wouldn't like?
