I have to say one tip I'd really emphasis is take your lunch break AWAY from the computer! It's amazing how refreshed you can feel with even a half hour break. When I first started wfh, I ate my lunch while I was working; I'd just get so caught up in what I was doing, it seemed silly to stop when I could munch down a sandwich and keep going. Then I realized... I was packing on some unwanted weight, so I started pushing myself away from the desk, having a salad and taking a little stroll outside. Eureka... I came back to work, raring to go! Sometimes we overlook the most obvious things.
