I was hoping there might be a couple Virtual Assistants on here. I'd love to hear some information on how you got started. I don't have any specialized areas - real estate or law - but feel I could provide some great general services - editing, spreadsheets, correspondence, etc.
I've already created some flyers and thought about hanging them at the local libraries, but am concerned about where to go from there. I hate to waste money sending out mailers without an idea on who to send them to or if they might work. Similarly, I don't want to email businesses only to have them turned off by that tactic.
