I have a question my soon to be ex husband has decided to terminate his parental rights. Can this be done with out a judge and lawyers? He said he knows I'm out of the state and his lawyer told him it was going to cost him 15,000 to make me come back and fight for custody and that it was going to be very difficult to get visitations let alone custody.

what do i do???

HELP ME PLEASE!!!

Hi there, I do not know much about your situation but, if it was my abusive stbx who wanted to relinquish all parental rights to my boys, I'd get it in writing before he has a chance to change his mind and then I'd throw the biggest party this town has ever seen! I'd never have to deal with him again. It would be total and complete freedom. No more tactics, crap, lies, manipulations, control manuverings, pain and anguish as my heart breaks watching how he treats his own children. It would be freedom beyond measure for me and my boys. YAHOO!!!!! Bring it on!!!!

Keep looking up^, Susan.
