After I left he was very repentent...crying, remorseful and accepting all blame. He was trying to eaken me so that I'd get rid of the lawyer and cancel our court hearing. When he realized I was going through with it his tune has changed. Instead of trying to manipulate me with tears he is laying on the 'poor me' Does the man hae any pride? He is bitching about the $100 in child support per week! He wants me to get rid of my lawyer ( he cannot afford one so he wants to work things our between us!) Our onversations are filled with veiled threats...If I don't do what he wants; get rid of my lawyer, reduce child support, allow visitation whenever he wants etc. we will not be on friendly terms. That is fine with me except we do have a 3 year old. But I am not going to let his manipulative ways rule me anymore!
But the main thing that akes me furious is he can look into my eyes and tell me he didn't know he was hurting me! He still thinks it wa due to my 'sensitivity'! UGH

Hon, my XH went off in a tirade during the final proceedings (waiting for the divorce to be finalized after we submitted a settlement - THAT HE AGREED TO - to the court) over $400.
