Does it show?

Hello ladies,

I have noticed something lately. I don't think I noticed it before because my focus was on recovering and taking a positive out look away from all this instead of bitterness. Now that I see light at the end of the tunnel and have gotten a good job...kids are doing well and I am finally with a councelor that knows something about emotional abuse. (My first one didn't...he thought I was just great)

Anyway...Like anyone of us, I would imagine, coming from this situation...I have a total and complete fear that everyone who approaches me (men) will either hurt me without a care or they will be nice to me only to want to play with me and then hurt me. My question is...does it show?? Do women like us send out a vibe?? The reason I ask is that I know or run into several people who would or are interested but none of them will come near me. I feel a little like a leper. I am still young and have a good sense of humor...I am told that I am one of the nicest people anyone knows...and in spite of everything that has happened...my outlook on life is very postive and I have a very sunny disposition. Can people feel my fear??

What do you ladies think?

I think for us we start to become hypersensitive to a lot of idiosyncracies that people have, we just pick up more.
