False Accusation/Restraining Order

Has anyone ever encounter this? Women filing false claim or pulling out restraining orders for no reason?.. i heard of it alot lately from people .. this one woman pulled out a restraining order on her husband because she didnt want to be married anymore. Another pulled one on her bf because she needed him to move out. Both women admitted that there was no actual abuse, they said it's easier then to go through the whole messy breakup ritual. I was soooo astonished that i couldnt speak. I actually had to walk away before i went on a tirade of the purpose of a restraining order. I am still mad just typing it. I hope this is not a growing epidemic. If you've encountered, what did you do about it?.. i felt like i should've said something but at that moment in time i couldnt think of what to say.

If the cops find out they did that, THEY'LL get in trouble for filing a false report.

hehheeh the screen name is what my boyfriend used to call me when we first started dating, the minute that it seem to get serious i would "runaway".. i did this often, i disappeared for a real long time when he told me the first time he loves me. :) the shinobi was in reference to this martial arts video game character that apparantly i remind him of ...
Anyways, hopefully i wont run into these women again. i remember when i had to pull a restraining order, that was the hardest day of my life, i was depressed, scared of what he'll do .. i wanted to ask them "what was going through your mind when you look around you and see that theres a frighten woman there who NEEDED the restraining order" .. I probably will ask that if i see them.
