all I can say is, find a domestic abuse center in your area, and make an appointment to talk with one of their counselors, they can help you to sort this out, see your side.

I do not know exactly what is going on here but I would get into all the counseling appointments I could,along with the children. That should be a good beginning. Do not talk badly about their father in front of them this will only work against you later. he seems to have some plan to get you out. I would make a two year plan, keep your house clean, volenteer at school and be seen around town doing great things with my kids. I would not engage him in anything other than to keep paying the bills. Good luck let us know how things go. Cocchi
