Going through Ugly Divorce

I have separated from H over nine months ago and we're been able to get a TRO for child support and custody. Only issues are asset division of our house (sale & proceeds of about $33,000)and our mutual bills. He wants everything, I wants everything. I offered a compromise, but he turned it down. His justification is that I spent all HIS money. Yes, His company made the money and I worked for him FT and made at least half of it. He paid me zero for it for 10 years. I did really extravagant things with HIS money-kept the lights from being turned off, feed the family, paid the mortgage, etc. Hadn't had new clothes or a haircut in 4 years expect for the maternity outfits, otherwise I'd not be wearing anything.
I lived in a shelter for three weeks after I fleed him with the kids. Well, he filed for divorce on me because he knew I had no money and I refused to go home to him. So now his attorney comes up with discovery, admissions, interrogatories, etc. and the judge lets him have an extra thirty days to do his. He doesn't have kids and is self-employed. I have a 2 and 12 year old and work full-time and got mine there in 30 days!
Now today his answers to the interrogatories come in and WOW, look at all the people whom I trusted who claim I have "mood swings". Hum, throw me into a wall six times and someone is shocked I acted pissed off at him and rude to him???? Get REAL! I'm so infuriated at these back-stabbers I could scream. He's sunk so low as to try to use my first marriage against me and my oldest son's paternity tests. ( I was raped) Also using my first husband's IRS debt to claim I AM irresponsible. Last time I looked a marriage took 2 people. Can this information be used at the trial? This is nuts if so.
He is lying and saying the he never touched me. He claims that the police reports aren't valid as they "dropped" the case. NO, I DROPPED the case, begging them not to pursue it. Stupid, stupid me....
Any advise, comments? Any help with this is welcome!
