Thank you SO much for the advice on the settlment. I did change the dogs/vet thing - the issue is that i expect that he WILL have them at least 50% of the time, letting him take them on all dd's visitation & anytime extra- but i just feel the stability of them living with me, & dd, & a fenced in yard, w/ someone home all day & nite for them (i work eves & dd & siitter are here then) - instead of the dogs either being sepereated or sitting in his apt all day alone ... & in all honesty, i dont mind paying the vet bills (but a 3K one or soemthing, scares me!) & pretty much we both woudl be on the same page in what they needed (anything, unless there was no

Rich,
Thoughts of becoming a paralegal? Good work! (Don't like lawyers). LOL Isn't it nice to be calm. Two steps forward, one back. Soon just forward ok? Or new thought "Don't look back or forward, just UP". Yesterday was for me, having to sell belongings from last 30 years, swap meet down the hill from where I live, I can see it from where I live, good weather until wind. 8 to 11 trying to get inside my car now that I have locked keys in side, including spare and everything but my cell. Could have been a terrible day, all the junk that happened, but us being survivors helps, met lots of new friends where I live and had one new friend tell other new friends to make sure that I was ok by the time I left I came home feeling miserable. Tired, dirty (wind could knock you over), thirsty, made enough money to pay for locksmith found at SM, one of new friends, ($25, good deal), $13 for space (talked into unpacking by new friends instead of giving up to go home once car was unlocked), and two broken nails (this was most stressful, can't do anything). So here is to a new day. Be safe, take care and stay calm.
Luv,
Sherry
LOL, no, i love being an RN!
