After being verbally abused by Mr. Hyde for 2 days, (it was the weekend you know) I have to drive in to work with him since we both work for the same company but thankfully I only work in his location once a week so we car pool. I am feeling so stupid having to ride with him, but the alternative (my taking public transportation separately) would cause too much of a scene, and our 18 year old daughter rides with us in the AM since her school is nearby.

God give me strength, that car ride will be so hard...

Diana:

How was the ride? I know the day I was in court for the final divorce, all I did was pray for strength during the day to get me through it. I'm not a highly religious person; I do have faith in God and pray for strength, courage, patience, and hope every night. My prayers and faith have got me to where I am today. Anyway, that day as I sat in the waiting room waiting to go into court with the a**hole, the only thing I kept thinking was praying for strength and remembered the movie "The Passion" and what Christ endured. That got me through that waiting room. I thought if anybody can be whipped, beaten, spat on, speared.....sitting in that waiting room with a**hold was nothing. I made it.

I guess what I'm trying to say is if you have to endure any time at all with Mr. Hyde, try to focus on something else. It will help you get through. Even if it's daisies popping up in a field, or Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz running through the poppy fields to escape the Wicked Witch, focus on something else instead of that place you are right then.

I know I probably sound really way out there, but I'm not crazy (yet). Just think of happy thoughts to get you through.

Let us know,
Happy
