My doc gave me an Inderal script so i wouldnt get the big rash up my neck & face from the nerves! lol

I'm glad that the meeting went well and he really seemed concerned about your issues. Hopefully he'll follow through on the statements he made about being a bit more helpful and understanding to your situation.
I can't believe that idiot is writing checks to a five-year-old.....That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard of!
He may be a good lawyer, but it sounds like he cleverly dodged most of your accusations by nice excuses. I don't buy the part about you 'staying on top of things' a bit too closely. I don't buy the part about your 'RN background' making you that way. Seems to me, on the victim's side of most DV cases, and where a child is involved, it is only to be expected that you would be following closely since the child's future and your own is at stake. I think most of us are 'staying on top of things'. But please forgive me if I have not understood the situation clearly.
I have contacted my lawyer immediately over any tiny little thing that happens, and she has immediately taken note of it. I have called her just to tell her in the last month NOTHING has happened, and to ask her if she has anything to tell me. She never sounds irritated, or that I have bothered her about something unimportant. Any emails he sends I send to her. Any siting of have of him, she is notified immediately. Any time his mother has called, I have called her. We stay in very close communication. Not all lawyer's treatment of their clients are like yours. So I don't buy his excuses for what has been going on. And I thought it sounded pretty sad for him to tell you that Ginny can be a bit rough on the phone but 'everyone loves her'. No excuse for not correcting Ginny's attitude when he is collecting SOOOOOOO much money from you.
Sorry to be so nasty towards him, but he just kind of irks me.
