Well I finaly sought out an order of protection against him. A no contact order that covers the kids and myself. I did resaech on it befoer filing. The law here in pa says that you can sue for out of pocket expences , damages, lost wages and child support.

Well I request all of these things after being asked why I didn't get the order last week and explaining that he had not only cleared out my personal checking account but overdrew it and I had to wait to get my paycheck so I would ahve gas to drive the 40 miles!!! I am told that there are other courts for those things and when I get a divorce att. they can handle those things!!! WTF the law says thay are supposed to be handled with the pfa. Hell ther eis a place on the form to ask for all of it.

I spoke to an advocate and she said it is on this county , the 2 judges that do pfas don't want to deal with it and in her 4 years not once has support or restatution been ordered!!!
I am infuriated and baffled at hte same time.

One I can't afford an att. Two I can't even afford the gas to get back to court for a final order instead of the temporary. How can they get away with this??

I guess it explains the police attitude though. If the judges are part of the good ole boys clubs too

Hi,
Unfortunatly these things still happen in the good old US of A. How?? I wish I had the answer. My only suggestion to you would be to contact some higher-ups.State representatives, anyone you can think of.Raise the biggest stink you can.Sometimes we feel hopeless in cases like this.It feels as if we're David against Goliath, but we have a voice..and my motto is that if you say it loud enough and long enough, SOMEONE will have to listen.

Look up the laws on D.V in your state, maybe you know someone that can help you do this.If these people aren't enforcing the laws, surely they'll have to answer to someone for it. Best of luck to you, keep us posted.
