Ahhh, you work in a cube farm. I used to, back when I worked in child support enforcement. Yep, your one little cube of individuality. I always kept mine kind of zen-like. People would come in and just sit down for a few minutes. I would ask if I could help them and they would just smile and say, "No, I just came in to get quiet for a minute." They would sit there a couple of minutes, take deep breaths, and then quietly leave. I had a fountain and soft music. I love the 101 list, it's to the point and has some good stuff. Winter, I'm beginning to hear hope in your "voice". Hang in, keep taking those baby steps - they add up!

    I absolutely "LOVE" these.

    Going to print it out and put it above my desk and on my dresser mirror.

    I do keep a journal so I might write them out in there to.
