I do not know for sure about your state, but, when I was a deputy probation officer I know one of the terms and conditions of probation is you will not harrass or intimidate people...so I would say if you feel he is harrassing or intimidating you, regardless, report him...get it on record of his behavior so it can be held against him and he can be held accountable for his actions...

Considering that his PO is considering bringing him up on charges of VOP and violation of your PO, the judge (if he is in his right mind) SHOULD reinstate your PO with no problem. Regardless of how well your abuser did in the batterer's intervention program should not be a factor in renewing your PO. Check out womenslaw.org, specify your state and read what it says about the law in your state. Make sure your ATTORNEY knows the law for your state as far as your RIGHTS in obtaining one. If you were granted one in the first place, and he has willingly violated it and his probation, that should be cause to continue it right there. Be sure to cite your fear of retaliation and intimidation as reasons you want it continued. Good luck, and keep us posted on how it goes. womenslaw.org is a really good resource, affiliated with the National Network to End Domestic Violence.
