Hi Everybody,
First of all, thanks so much for all of your support. What would I do without you? Just when I start getting anxious and nervous I re-read your posts to my questions and I calm down. I have another question...sorry. Does the family court commissioner or Judge ever allow the respondant to remain in the house (my spouse)? My husband seems to think that this won't be decided at the temporary...I'm under the impression that it DOES get decided at the temporary. And, how do they decide this? What factors do they take into consideration? I really don't want to live with this man for the next six months, but I won't move out...can they make me move out? I hope I didn't ask this already and hope I'm not being redundant. It's gonna be a long weekend, and long few weeks til August 8th! But I must say I have many more blessings than sorrows and have to focas on them. Thanks for helping me do that.

In my state Florida it is the petitioner who gets the home and the Judge will ask you that esp if you have children and STATE that you have no place to go. I allowed my husband to talk me into dropping the order for the sake of visitation of the children, which he doesn¡¦t really do. Also temp support would have been decided then also¡K had I not been such a push over. He would have been court ordered to pay a certain amt not 50 here 175 there this past week he had promised me 350 as last week he didn¡¦t give me anything so he came by and gave 324 it was our daughters birthday and I had put out money knowing that he promised then he proceeded to eat the pizza that I had ordered for her party and complain that the fridge was not stocked. What ever you do learn from my mistake don't lift the order and ask for it ALL the worst that can happen is you are told no. good luckº
