Hi all,

Yep thats right.....my x got an a$$ whipping. His atty filed for a continuance and got it. New trial date is Aug. 10. x was in the hospital for 2 days, that is all I know. Turn about is fair play.

I do worry that my x planned this whole thing to postpone the trial. If his atty can stretch this out long enough x could get out before trial. (He has been in jail since the end of May and was given 90 days) That thought really scares me. My atty says that she will do everything that she can to make sure that he stays in jail. But what if she cant....I will never make it to trial....I will run and never look back....I have to...I dont have a choice....he will kill me if he finds me. He is stewing as I type this, I know he is.

I cant think about that right now...I have to focus on the trial...not the what ifs. I will have to deal with the what ifs when they happen. My oldest brother and I went house hunting this past weekend. Didnt find anything yet but I know that I will find something that I like in a city and state that I like. I just have to keep looking. Any suggestions on great places to look would help...I must stay south though, I dont do cold at all. Maybe I could find something near a beach....I have always wanted to live near the ocean.....

Thats all for now

IMHO, I would dearly love to live in San Diego, it's been my favorite city for years and years, I tried to go to college just north of there in La Jolla, I have a series of stories set in Escondido (a nearby town).

Van,

New England has some wonderful ocean spots. Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, RI and CT. Although I prefer RI and up, CT you actually have Long Island Sound.

Stay strong - stay focused on the PRESENT, before you know it, it will all be behind you.

My thoughts and prayers are always with you,

Pam
