We have alot of praying to do this weekend. Mark was fired today. We kinda knew he would be, it was a gut feeling. He had hit his quota's, but they simply wanted him out. He was part of the "old regime". He has had his feelers out for the past few weeks. Now, he is now sending out his resume' to several companies. He has 2 interviews next week. Please keep us in prayer! We don't have a savings acccount do to Chloes medical expenses, that kinda took all we had. So I have just enough to pay the mortgage, and maybe a few other small bills for one month. But that doesn't include food. So he really needs to find something fast, yet he can't settle for "anything", we are a rather large family. PLEASE PRAY, I am kinda numb and perhaps rather useless right now. Thanks~ Karen

Karen,

I sure will keep you, DH, and your family in prayer this weekend. I pray that the Lord will provide the *right* opportunity for your husband that will be a blessing to your family.

Do you have a church family? Would it be possible to call on them for food donations for the next few weeks? I know that it would be very humbling to have to ask, but I am sure you will be ABUNDANTLY blessed if you did.

You will be in my prayers,

Michele

Thank you, Cindy and Michelle! I am trying very hard to be positve about this. Yuo know the power of words, "speak nothing negative into being". Unfortunately, right now we are in middle of changing churches. We are slowly leaving one church by only attending Wednesday nights, and going back to our old church of 12 years on Sundays. We left there about 6 years ago trying to find one closer to our home, but we have discovered that if its a good church, with strong emphasis on teachings, its worth the drive! (now 45 minutes)So I don't know that we would be able to talk to anyone about help. We are just going to pray, and trust in God's provision. If he leads people our way to help, we won't turn it down. And if it gets Bad enough(Lord willing it won't!) we will ask for help somewhere. For whatever reason,(God perhaps?) my dh doesn't have this "death feeling in his gut" you know what I mean? He feels that God will have something better for him. I am clinging to that. "Hope for the both of us!" Thank you for praying, and if I may ask, please continue. I will definately let you know of any updates! (((hugs))))and Blessings~ Karen

God hears your cry, and is going to answer all our prayers. It's great that Mark was well prepared with resumes in hand, and that the Lord gave you a sense of preparation. He's an awesome God and is definitely able to keep you from falling. E-mail me if you need anything!

Blessings and ((HUGE HUGS)),

Shelly
