well well well, that sounds amazing to me. The man who cheated on his wife, with not one but two women, thinks he is going to get the kids? hahaha!
However word of warning, if he files before you, he will get temporary custody of them until you can get it overruled in court. And it would be a in Florida court since that is where he lives. however, if you establish a "home" in GA, you can file there, and he will have to come there for court. file before him, its easier to keep them than to try and get them.
