House Update!

We are installing the insulation in the roof of our house now. We've already hung all the insulation under the floor and on the outside walls. Hopefully DH and I will finish hanging out the roof tomorrow. Have I mentioned that I truly don't like hanging insulation? But it must be done. The shingles are all on so the next exterior project is the siding. DH and his helper are gonna hang it on Fridays and Saturdays starting next weekend. Once we get the insualtion inspected, we can start hanging the sheetrock and v-groove on the inside and I can start selecting kitchen cabinets. WOOHOO!!!!! God has really blessed the moving along of this house. I am still hopeful of being in the week of Christmas. Would you ladies please be in prayer that things will continue to move well and that we will be in before Christmas? Thanks ladies!

Do you ladies want to know what a clutz I am? I was hanging insualtion at the house Saturday and fell off the ladder. I went up later that evening to help DH hang more insulation and fell off the walk board on the same left hip as I landed on earlier. Explain to me how a grown woman who hasn't fallen in 15 or 20 years all of a sudden thinks her left hip is a trampolene.lol Although a teeny bit sore in the joint, I'm good. Nothing really hurt but my pride and who needs that anyway, right? I'm just thankful God seen fit to take care of me because it could have been much worse. The good news is that I don't have to hang anymore insualtion. DH has fired me as being help because I am a "risk".lol He says I have to stick to cleaning up for awhile.lol

Mark likes his job, its just like the others, slow going. We need a rise in the houseing market. Not the prices!!! Just the sales! The kids are doing well. School, bible study, church, work.....all going just

I'll be in prayer for traveling mercy. I hear you have a visitor coming and that there could a craft fair involved. I bought some beautiful hand sewn angels the first year we were married at a local craft fair for nearly nothing. I still have them somewhere. Not sure which building they are in now. SIGH............. I will be so happy to have a dining room table again. Small pleasures............ Sorry, I drifted off thinking about holiday decorating.lol ((HUG)) I'm so glad you're my friend!
