Karen, Judy and Alyviasmommy......

Karen, I know you're still settling in to your new place -- how's everyone adjusting this week?

Judy, you are in my thoughts. How's everything going?

Alyviasmommy, how are you and the kiddoes doing?

Hey Shelly

I am buried among boxes. Miserable I tell you.

Mark is a bear, honestly, bear like. One with a thorn stuck in his foot! Not a happy place right now.

WE need some serious prayers for kindness, peace, servanthood, and gentility.

Thanks for thinking of me~ I hope I can be back on this board in fullness soon.

Aw, man! Prayerfully a position will become available for him that's a whole lot closer to home and with less strain on your family. Congrats to Sarah on her weight loss!

Hey Judy!

Its good to hear from you! Man the job thing is a bear isn't it? Mark needs a new job too... I'll pray for some good leads to open for your dh, locally if possible.

How are things otherwise? How old are the boys now? I lose count between your guys and Robins, lol.

Things are crazy with me, what else is new? We've moved. Still hoping the house sells before foreclosure happens. Not sure what to do if that happens.... I don't even really know what it means to me. Don't think I want to. Anyway we are getting settled in to this home. Its on the smallish side, but we are finding our way.

I'll get out my address to everyone.

We are doing good. The boys are growing by leaps and bounds. They are becoming quite the little marksmen with their shotguns. We've been working with them for about 6 months now and they are getting pretty good. My DH is a hunter and wants to start taking the boys with him so that they can learn his love for hunting as well. They are both showing remarkable maturity when it comes to safety and I can't tell you how pleased it makes me. DH is still working on a remodel. I am not looking forward to it being complete. It has been nice having that income. We have our house on the market now. We've only had one showing and it has been on the market for more than 10 weeks. The market here usually picks up pretty good in April & May.

I'll be praying for Sarah & her husband. I think that's awesome that she's lost that much weight. I'm back on the wagon here. I'm down 10 pounds but need to lose about 50 more. I goofed my knee up a couple weeks ago and it's still not healed. I'm hoping it heals completely so that I can back to Curves soon. I've cut my calorie consumption and so far, even without exercise, it seems to be working.

I'll be praying for your DH and your whole family. I wouldn't want him working that far from me either. There is just something comforting knowing he will walk thru the door every evening. ((HUG)) I'll be vigilant.

Judy, when I started reading your post my heart fell and then I almost jumped with joy when he heard the GO HOME. You know God is all knowing and always makes a way. I'm so glad your DH was receptive to that voice. Marriage does not need the stress of the miles. I'll be praying for a job to open up. God will make a way. I cab imagine that the smile is still on your face this morning. Mine would be. ((HUGS)) I'm so tickled that he's home.

Judy, my DH would have me in Montana in a minute if I'd let him. I've actually checked out land prices there in the past 3 months. After my initial hyperventilation of that, I told him we'd just have to leave it in God's hands. We want a farm with 50+ acres, as close to 100 as we can get with some rolling hills, a nice creek and some nice hardwards. Do you know what those cost now? YIKES! We've been praying daily about this and I know God will provide it if it is in His plan.

Your sister in Christ,

Robin
