What do you most appreciate about your..

Husband?
His God given talent at woodworking and for his ability to read, understand & retain Bible verses. I can quote some scripture but his Bible retention makes mine look like lucky guesses. Did I also mention that he has awesome green eyes???? He's a very handsome man even if I do say so myself.lol

Children?
I appreciate Joshua's wit and determination. Jesse has positive energy that lights up a room no matter where he goes. They both bring me much joy and love.

Parents?
My mom has a determination about her that makes her my role model. My dad is a steadfast prayer warrior who wielded the strong hand of discipline when we were younger. I am so thankful for his Christ-like love, discipline and for always believing in each one us as indivisuals.

Husband: It would be the ability to handle the sick kids with tummy issues! lol. I have never had a stomach to handle that. He also has a wonderful sense of humor.

My Husband is kind and very attentive. We love to be together. We recently went to his deer lease, I set in the blind with him, we also hunted rocks and even went to town shopping! He likes me to be with him, so we do alot together, also fish(I love to fish). We have been married 38 years this year!He is a blessing!

My children:
Daughter is married with two children. Couldn't ask for a better daughter!!!She is so thoughtful and beautiful. We love to shop and often take trips to flea markets,a few years ago we went to Maine, rented a car and just took off, shopping, eating, whatever we decided to do.She is a wonderful mother to Lauren 13 and Jake9.In a few months she will get her teaching degree and she is now on the Deans list. She has always loved children and will make a great teacher and is a great loving daughter!

My son 6'5 has always kept us young! Our kids were 12 years apart(two only children). He has never slowed down too long from playing soccer from rec to gold.He is so strong! I use to tell him if you can pick me up, your very strong! That was before I lost 30 lbs.I am 5'7 so I,m not a little tiny person! What I love about my son who at times has been a challenge, is his ability to push forward in life when things have not always been easy. To make up his mind about some things and stick to it.To move right in a man's world and be a man!My prayers for him is a Godly wife, good homemaker& loving companion.Gloria2007
