I am, for sure! I mull over something forever before doing it, then I worry and second guess myself after I've done it. I'll try those tricks for stopping the cycle.

I need to stop that very cycle too ann,,,, I'm my own worse enemy when it comes to overthinking.

YEs! That would certainly classify as over thinking. Good choice though since you like it... now are you overthinking the bedroom color?

Yes, I'm an "overthinker"--always second guessing myself! Sometimes I take forever deciding what I want to buy--I really wast time!

As I get older, I find it harder and harder to make a decision.... it's very very annoying. Either its about the color, or the style, or something,,, just awful. I ussed to be so decisive!
