Posture! This week we'll make a huge effort to watch our posture.
1. Stand straight. Suck in tummy, making sway back disappear, shoulders back and down, chest up, neck extended, drop chin ever so slightly. That's how we'll walk and stand.
3. Look straight out when walking, no looking down studying the sidewalks.
4. No slouching at the computer or when eating (sitting in general)
5. Breathe in thru the nose/ut thru the mouth especially when you are on the treadmill or walking or exercising
6. Sttiing at the computer, do shoulder rolls, head rolls. Take a breaks.

You are right, this is very important!! I've been improving my posture, sucking it in, standing straighter since I began this weightloss journey. When dh and I are outside walking, I even ask him from time to time to look at me to see if I'm standing up straight. Not so good while sitting down, though, and will work on that this week until it becomes a habit. I can look straight out while walking indoors on flat smooth pavement. Outdoors, though, I have to look down as I stumble too easily and don't want to trip on something and fall down. I do try to keep my head as straight as I can, though, and just lower it enough for my eyes to look down. Too dangerous not to. I've always done the proper breathing thing, that is natural to me. So, count me in too!! Thank you, I love challenges, they do help!!
