Posture! This week we'll make a huge effort to watch our posture.
1. Stand straight. Suck in tummy, making sway back disappear, shoulders back and down, chest up, neck extended, drop chin ever so slightly. That's how we'll walk and stand.
3. Look straight out when walking, no looking down studying the sidewalks.
4. No slouching at the computer or when eating (sitting in general)
5. Breathe in thru the nose/ut thru the mouth especially when you are on the treadmill or walking or exercising
6. Sttiing at the computer, do shoulder rolls, head rolls. Take a breaks.
