while I'm not a huge fan of diets, I did browse thru that link and I do find that it makes sense. I can see where the changes in eating routines and items could make a big difference... not sure about 2 sizes worth of it, but for sure a good boost!
I agree too, I will never see a size 4 or 6 again since having kids, my hip bones would have to be shaved LOL but I do know one thing I must do and that is hydrate more and drink less coffee...yeah...maybe lol
It is possible depending on how high or low you go with calories and how low you keep the fats content.
