Yes, I almost always eat healthy at home. Exceptions would be maybe once every two months or even longer when we'll order a pizza delivery or times when I allow a dessert to come into the house, which is also a rare thing that I do. I also always have Healthy Choice frozen dinners for when I'm just too tired to cook something and I also always have Progresso Split Pea canned soup on hand that I'll eat occasionally for lunch. The bad thing about those are too much sodium.

I do pretty good. My problem is if Gary is gone for the day I tend not to make me a meal..I just **graze** all day. Just a bite here and there throughout the day. And I know that isn't good.
I was doing great and really losing weight until we went on vacation. I seem to be having a hard time getting back on track. And I have to because I don't want to gain all the weight back that I have worked so hard to loose.
My biggest downfall is sweets. But it help me with Gary being diabetic. When we do have something sweet I make sure it is something he can have.
