I don't take many of the ones they mentioned, but I do take a lot of supplements.
I take a daily supplement, 10-in-One Liquid Multi Formula, one oz. a day. It contains several of the suggested supplements. It is supposed to work at the cellular level. It contains vitamins and minerals, plus supplements for stress, antioxidants (anti aging), heart health, immune enhancer, energy, memory, digestion aid, vision support and bone & joint.
I also take fish oil, Calcium w/vitamin D, CoQ10, Ginger, an 81 mg asprin (night) and two ibuprofen (morning).

After menopause, extra iron isn't needed in a woman's diet, according to my doctor, so I get a vitamin without it.
I take a multi vitamin, calcium, Extra vitamin D, gluscomin...(can't take condrotiun) Think I would like to look into the Grape Seed Extract and the Ginger.... :)
