I take a daily supplement, 10-in-One Liquid Multi Formula, one oz. a day. It contains several of the suggested supplements. It is supposed to work at the cellular level. It contains vitamins and minerals, plus supplements for stress, antioxidants (anti aging), heart health, immune enhancer, energy, memory, digestion aid, vision support and bone & joint.

I also take fish oil, Calcium w/vitamin D, CoQ10, Ginger, an 81 mg asprin (night) and two ibuprofen (morning).

After menopause, extra iron isn't needed in a woman's diet, according to my doctor, so I get a vitamin without it.

Hi Michelle, I like the supplement you take,, and liquid, that's easy to take all in one sip.

Do you ever forget to take it, and if so do you feel tired?

On occasion I forget to take it, but no I don't feel tired if I miss it--one or two days without it doesn't make a difference. It is like when you start taking it, it doesn't start working immediately--it usually takes 30+ days before natural supplements begin to show effects. I've been taking it for 5 years now--so repairs to my body have been on-going for a while now.
