For me at least there seems to be a glitch. It keeps jumping onto the last page with the next thing to view being 6 steps to a stress free holiday.

If anyone is having weekly heartburn, I urge you to see a gastroenterologist. Repeated burning of your esophagus can lead to Barrett's Syndrome which is precancerous, which can then lead to esophageal cancer. Heartburn is not something to take likely. My dad has cancer.

Hi Gail, I didn't really like the chewing gum idea ,, seemed to me it would just produce more acid... I don't chew gum at all,,,, not cuase of my stomach but because my mom said "don't chew gum, Suzsan, you chew like a cow!" So I never did (She was right too,,, I smack away loudly.) LOL

lol Dgd likes to chew with her mouth open, but have managed to get her not to do it so much

.I always used to chew gum and miss not being able to do so anymore, But life is an ever changing thing and its easier just to go with the flow.

Sip cider vinegar?? Ewwwww..no thank you!! LOL

I actually don't have any of the problems mentioned; but if I did, I would try their remedies...except for sipping vinegar!! lol
